The Akihabara Complex is a 63,275 SF anime, manga, and gaming destination opening in Springfield, MA in 2027. Two full floors. Seventeen purpose-built zones. The Northeast has never had anything like it.
We're building every experience the community has always deserved under one roof from a massive manga marketplace and rare collector section to 4K anime theaters, a 30+ station video game bar, dedicated D&D and tabletop rooms, a professional podcast studio, and Café Tanuki.

My name is Jeremiah Beckett. I grew up in Springfield and spent years watching this community show up for anime conventions, game nights, and manga swaps with nowhere permanent to call home. My brother — our Creative Director and the mind behind the Wizard manga series — and I are building the space we always wished existed. B&B Construction, our family construction company, is the team that builds it.
We are in active discussions on a space in the Bicentennial Highway and Cooley Street corridor in Springfield. We have backup locations identified. This is real and it is moving.

WHAT YOU'RE SUPPORTING
Your founding membership is pre-opening community support — similar to a Kickstarter campaign. You are supporting the development of the Akihabara Complex before it opens. You are not purchasing a guaranteed product or service.
CANCEL ANYTIME
Monthly memberships (Explorer, Guild, Patron) can be cancelled at any time through Stripe. You will not be charged after cancellation. The Shogun one-time payment is non-refundable after 30 days but can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
IF THE COMPLEX DOESN'T OPEN
If the Akihabara Complex does not open for any reason, all active monthly memberships are cancelled immediately at no cost to you. Founding members will be notified directly before any public announcement. We will always communicate honestly about the status of the project.
YOUR FOUNDING RATE
Your founding member rate is locked permanently for as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel and rejoin before opening day, your founding rate is reinstated. After opening day, founding rates are no longer available to new members.
